Spontane Verg\u00e4rung im Edelstahltank, 10 bis 15 Tage lange Maischelagerung. Anschlie\u00dfend eine 2 Jahre lange Reifung, wobei der Wein 6 Monate in gro\u00dfe Eichenf\u00e4sser bliebt. Abf\u00fcllung ohne Kl\u00e4rung und Filterung.<\/p>\n<p><u>Boden<\/u> : Kompakter Lehm- Kalk- und Sandboden, Steillage von 300 Meter<\/p>\n<p><u>Beschreibung<\/u> : Granatrote Farbe. Aromen nach Rose, rote Fr\u00fcchten und Gew\u00fcrzen. Durchaus auch herbstliche Noten. Nobel und elegant im Geschmack, gute feine Tanninstruktur, die in der Jugend dicht gewoben ist. Sehr angenehm durch seine frische Lebendigkeit.
